Secondary roads are used by vehicles to move people and material within an areole's civil zone, or from the interior of the civil zone to parking lots and/or landing pads on the peripheral of the primary roads. Some transport vehicles are capable of using both secondary roads and primary roads, and these vehicles can move people and/or material between aureole nodes, or between aureoles nodes and traditional cities and towns. All transports are fully autonomous.
