The industrial center is a shipping/receiving, manufacturing, and storage facility. Large trains and long-haul airborne drones arrive and depart here from places outside the aureole node. The Industrial Center handles heavy duty tasks that are too unwieldy or inconvenient to be handled at the Service Center. No humans are allowed at the Industrial Center. It is a very noisy place, and landscaping around the aureole node is designed to shield aureole residents from sensory disruption by Industrial Center operations.
